SCPA Building: Facility Rental
Following a major restoration in 2005, the SCPA Building's top floor is now available to rent for events, receptions, and meetings. This beautiful historic building features exposed brick walls, real hardwood floors, and tall windows that provide large amounts of natural light. Whether you rent the whole floor or just one room, this charming building will provide the perfect location for your function.

* The Town of Meggett reserves the right to refuse the renting of the facility to any party for any reason.
A deposit of $500.00 must be made 45 days prior to the event to hold the date. Fees shall be due and payable in full 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Should the event be cancelled a refund of the deposit must be requested within 30 days prior to the event.
A cleaning fee of $100.00 will be added to rental fee.

Business/Group/Organization Meetings
The Town of Meggett leases the SCPA Building Community Room and Front Room to various organized bodies wishing to hold meetings. A resident of the Town of Meggett must be an active member of the organization seeking rental or a representative for the organization and will be held responsible for any/or all damages that may incur. Rates are assessed on an hourly basis.
