*10-07-2025* Keel Holdings, LLC began site work preparations for the berm/fence last week. This work will likely continue through the month. What you can expect to see? The removal of trees and underbrush along Simmons Bluff Road and Highway 165 where the berm and fence will be placed. click here for more info *10-03-2025* Keel Holdings, LLC is expecteding an oversize load tomorrow, Saturday, October 4, 2025 around mid morning.
