Rental Rates
The Cottage is available to rent by the night, weekend, or full week. It currently sleeps 8 people. Rental rates for The Pavilion @ Roxbury Park, a newly constructed pavilion, are included in the Special Event rental package.

Reservations
Reservation requests can be made using the form below or by calling Town Hall at 843-889-3622 during business hours. The refundable security deposit and half of the balance due are to be paid immediately upon booking. Reservations will not be confirmed until these items are paid. If the arrival date is within 30 days of the booking date, the full balance is due at time of booking. Last minute cancellations in Peak Season do happen; please call Town Hall for additional information.
