Zoning & Planning DepartmentThe Zoning & Planning Department administers the Town's Comprehensive Plan and Zoning & Land Development Regulations (ZLDR). This Department also serves as the technical staff for the Town's Planning Commission, which is an advisory body to Town Council, and the Town's Board of Zoning Appeals. Staff plans, develops, and implements programs and activities that meet identified needs in our community, ensures a comprehensive and professional direction for the Town's environmental protection and preservation, and preserves and enhances the Town's long-term sustainability.
