The Town of Meggett sign on the corner of Hwy 165 and Toogoodoo Road was damaged last month during a storm. The damage has made it impossible to post the monthly meeting updates/other messages for the time being. Town Leadership is actively pursuing arrangements to restore the sign to working order. As part of its five-year cycle to maintain public safety and electric system reliability, Dominion Energy South Carolina will begin pruning trees throughout parts of lower Charleston County in the coming weeks.
